I got some large files and would like to delete information form them, so I do not need to scroll through the data to get to the point that is am working on.

We have added this to our TODO-list. The latest version (3.3) includes markers that you in the meanwhile can use to quickly go to the interesting data.

I set some markers but they disappear when I change the Filter settings and they are not saved when I do a Save, Exit, restart the Analyzer and load the saved file.

Yes, currently the markers are not persisted across parsing sessions. This will soon be added to the application.

If you make markers persistent, it's an idea to also add a comment field for a file where one can sum up all information for the capture that doesn't fit in a filename like conditions, results etc.
