I am capturing a USB mouse which sents a remote wakeup command to the host. The host wakes up so the remote wakeup is being sent. However, the 1480a V3.6 software is not showing any events detected for this wakeup.

Can the software show these wakeup events?

The remote wakeup signaling is not decoded and shown in the main protocol view but you will see it in the Message View as RxCmd's. The RxCmd's will indicate changed line state. See the USB 2.0 spec. sections 7.1.7.7 and 9.2.5.2 for information what to look for.
